About 10 years ago, a buddy and I were floating the local crik and we came around the bend to find one of those "Women in Waders" photo shoots in process out on the bar. It was like 45 and cloudy that day. The chick was this nasty, kinda tubby skank and was utterly PISSED OFF at how cold it was. She'd yell at the photog and then smile for the camera holding her rod oh so seductively. Then yell some more. Smile some more. As we passed them by, we yelled back at her all kinds of wonderful "comments, suggestions and instructions". You would have thought that bitch was going to swim out and fight us in the drifter. We were only trying to help! It's one of the funnier moments I've had on the river. It was perfect. The end.

As for stories,I have one,salmon fishing late 90s on the Trinity river. This raft comes down with a dude and 2 chicks,one was his girlfriend and come to find out her mother from one of the locals who was fishing,both wearing skimpy bikini bottoms and topless as jaybirds.

Daughter was hot,mom was SMOKIN with some big ass tatas. We are all quiet and gawking lol,as the pull the raft over on the gravel bar across and just above the hole we are fishing. The boyfriend has an attitude because we are staring at the nuggets these hotties are exhibiting to us crusty bank maggots.

One of the guys had his 12 year old nephew with him and said "You're too young to be looking at that" to which the kid replied "bull fvcking sh!t!!" hahah had me dying laughing.

I've fished in some of those ditches for the elusive ditch pickle. All I caught were some crabs.

I did attempt to spey up April Vokey once. I Got a a possible nibble at the fly (was probably the bottom or a bottom feeding fish/carp), but she was way too smart for what I was offering and she left up river to spawn.

Guess my spey rod only works miracles once.

PS. That last lady needs to shave her carp. Looks awfully unhappy bushy to me. A happy carp is a clean and shaved carp!
