When do the steelhead show up? I cant find them yet!! Only DARRRRK chums

The River Below Metzler park is showing some fish.
High water will hamper most unless you have a boat,

and to finish off speybum's sentence after the comma: therfore if you don't have a boat you are screwed.

The steel are starting to show down by Kent. A guy nets behine my house and I watched him pull his nets Sunday night and he was getting a few every hour.

They are netting on the green right now and for what????

The guy I watch from my house was netting steelhead or at least he was keeping the steelhead. He was there Sunday evening. Not sure of the netting schedule but I see him out there all the time.

Been fishing the Green regularly the last 3 weeks, cfs were up to about 800 the on the 15th-18th or so of December, had one steelie on at Geyser, that time, but still lots of Chum. Think the chum run is about done, still need LOTS of rain above the dam 'fore the damn dam folk will release any more water. Good luck to you...e mail me at daneandjami@aol.com

I think the green is excellent from shore. Lots of great holes if you know where to look.
