Halibut and coastal ling cod fishing will be missed, but at least we have all the rivers that are open, and Puget Sound lingcod is on the way!

Guess this means the skykomish will open on time? I fully expect to see an Emergency Closure Order on the June 1 opener due to “Heavier Volumes of Anglers” and citing “Poor Hatchery Returns.” Just kidding. Kinda. Not really.
