its a possible legal defense. True or not its a decent defense argument to create reasonable doubt. Being that he had COVID antibodies means he could suffer cardiac problems related to the antibodies which in turn make him a very good candidate for sudden cardiac arrest especially with added physical and mental trauma caused by the stress of being arrested and physically subdued.

If I was a defense attorney and had nothing else I would throw that at the jury with decent confidence.
