I have a buddy that is looking to get into some sea run cutts on or near the stilly/snohomish/skagit rivers area. I am not a cutt fisherman so any help or advise would be appreciated!

remember that you have to be in the salt except for the Skagit. The other rivers are closed.
Im not much of a cutt fisherman, but from being around the beaches out here, I think that Kayak point would be pretty decent.
Im sure that someone else out there has some better info, but I would try Kayak point if I was going to stay up in this area.
I am going to try Carkeek Park this weekend, have heard decent reports lately about it.
