I'm still around. Fishing Columbia, Tillamook, Nehalem, Willamette...
sometimes in my boat, sometimes being a boat ho.
Got engaged recently. Had another kiddo. Sitting at work dodging covid19 in the ER.
Stopped coming around here once people I thought were friends turned. Still have some dark secrets about some of the old big names I'll keep to myself, even though doing so makes me look like a chump.
Although there's a couple guys that stayed decent. Rico for instance.
And miss fishing with some of the peeps I met on here. I wonder how they are as well.

I picked up a broken down rod on a gravel bar in the middle of a high water kalama river, no one around. Sat on anchor right there afterwards for 30 minutes. left it in plain sight as we slowly made our way downstream to the one take out 2 miles away. Saw a guy on the roadside later that day acting weird, hollared out if he left a rod in the middle of the river. Then the sheriff popped up. Answered his questions. He shrugged and said it would have appeared to have been abandoned to a normal joe and that was it.
So you're going to have to do a little better than that. I've got like 50 billion rods and reels. I don't need to steal someone's rod.
