I'm still around. Fishing Columbia, Tillamook, Nehalem, Willamette...
sometimes in my boat, sometimes being a boat ho.
Got engaged recently. Had another kiddo. Sitting at work dodging covid19 in the ER.
Stopped coming around here once people I thought were friends turned. Still have some dark secrets about some of the old big names I'll keep to myself, even though doing so makes me look like a chump.
Although there's a couple guys that stayed decent. Rico for instance.
And miss fishing with some of the peeps I met on here. I wonder how they are as well.

What happened to the guy? I believe he died of an overdose. He was the nicest guy, and funnier than hell. I only fished with him a couple times, but he had me rolling the whole day both times. He's definitely one of the guys I miss around here. RIP Kid.

What happened to the guy? I believe he died of an overdose. He was the nicest guy, and funnier than hell. I only fished with him a couple times, but he had me rolling the whole day both times. He's definitely one of the guys I miss around here. RIP Kid.

when you beat those dead horses do you eat a lot of them flies as you do it?
I picked up a broken down rod on a gravel bar in the middle of a high water kalama river, no one around. Sat on anchor right there afterwards for 30 minutes. left it in plain sight as we slowly made our way downstream to the one take out 2 miles away. Saw a guy on the roadside later that day acting weird, hollared out if he left a rod in the middle of the river. Then the sheriff popped up. Answered his questions. He shrugged and said it would have appeared to have been abandoned to a normal joe and that was it.
So you're going to have to do a little better than that. I've got like 50 billion rods and reels. I don't need to steal someone's rod.
weird that a dude who registered just this year is so wrapped up in stuff that happened in 2009. Hmm Jake is this your sore lil ass?

I realized I left a beloved Lamiglas at the river the other day. I shrugged and thought that it serves me right for having so many fishing rods. I try not to be nostalgic these days with tools. Use them up, that is the point. People butt hurt over a fishing rod need to go mow a lawn and buy another one with the pay. People butt hurt over a fishing rod 10 years later are just embarassed for themselves.

I’ve met Vince several several times and he’s a good dude. Has a big heart and very willing to give back to his community. We volunteered together years ago and he was a hoot to work with. With that said... dude is definitely a weirdo.
