There is research to support Vitamin D as a major preventative factor for Covid.
But good luck convincing someone like illshee that is the case because it didn’t come from King Fauci. I honestly think illshee suffers from some type of developmental disability or cognitive impairment. The shillshe is the one person on this board who actually makes Evo look smart.
-Steamy Anecdotal only - I have been taking 2500 IU of Vitamin D daily because I'm from Western Washington and the natural Vitamin D don't shine all that much. I now live in the Philippines, where Sun delivered Vitamin D is in abundance but I still take the extra Vitamin D. People still die from Covid here but when I got Covid it was a very mild almost asymptomatic case. Again, anecdotal.
