He's still guiding in both Forks and Alaska.

He had his shoulder operated on just before Xmas that took him out of the steelhead season last year, but he's good to go now with a fixed chicken wing.

OTOH, you may not be able to fish out of a boat for a steelhead....if the regs follow last season.

It's pretty much coming down to only fishing from the beach, no wading, no boats, no bait, no hooks, no monofilament, no braid, no rods, and no reels.

But hey, the runs are Ok enough to for sporties to keep fishing and OK enough for the tribes to keep netting.
