Talked to a gal who works at the tokul ck. hatchery on 1-04-01 she sez things are starting to look up. Good sized fish (fresh-winter) moving up into the holding pond & feeder ck. Sez she saw 5 bright fish taken in about 15 min. as she was standing on the bridge. Any user's of this BB had any luck up thier latly? chromer

They just started getting winter run at tokul. has been all summer run up till now. If you know where to fish on the snoq. you will catch fish. good luck all

Bad news boys. spent all day on the snoqulime. Started at th e Eddy at dawn till 10:30 saw one winter caught perfect conditions. then on to the plunkers at Fall City the saw only one fish taken and I left at 1:00 no fish. Then to the mouth of the Tolt to 4:20 on fish caught there either and no one saw a fish caught,

This is probably the worst year I've seen since I started in 1960.

Caught a Summer run Buck and released. Around 2:30.

We've been seeing mostly summer runs caught so far. We've been catching hens that look bright but are just ripe with eggs.

The word is by the biologist is that up tothe 6th they only had 150 fish to take for winter eggs. They need about 300 or so. Hpe they get them soon or on the next cycle they'll really low on fish.
