Think about "Pardons" they pave the open and clear path for Declass and Disclosure...
Under Martial Law/Military Government Presidential Pardons from a fraudulent office which was captured via FRAUD rendering all fruits poison and non binding... Like it never happened...
How do you get to the point where reality can be revealed? A Crisis,, real, manufactured or both...
