WHEN THE CATTLE ARE STANDING THAT MEANS THAT THE FISHING WILL BE BAD AND IF THEY ARE LAYING DOWN THE FISHING IS GOOD. IT ALL TIES INTO THE BAROMETRIC PRESSURE. NO!, I HAVE NOT BEEN NIPPING ON THE YUKON JACK BOTTLE OR SNIFFING MY FLY TYING GLUE!

Ive noticed that right before a rain storm, the fishing is never any good.
