i am recently writing a an essay about tribal netting. i was unable to find any websites that contain the needed info. can someone please tell me the name of the judge that made the ruling and was it bacause his wife was native american. what year did it take place. do you think they deserve 50% of the fish. why or why not. any info will be appreciated.
