Hey Bob D, your post reminds me of that famous out-take from the defunct TV series "The Newly Wed Game". Host Bob Ewebanks asks the guys, with wives backstage, "where is the strangest place you've ever done whoopy"? One of the contestants pauses, scratches his head, then says "ah, dat would be in da but Bob". rolleyes A friend who worked at the local TV station got a tape of better TV out-takes and said it cracked up the host and others so bad they couldn't re-start taping for awhile. ....

SkeenaGuy, I love fishin NW B.C. I loved fishin the Kitimat and Kalum and mainstem Skeena, but the hottest day I've had recently up there was late last summer on a late run of large Kings in a lower Nass R. tributary and the clear water from it out into the Nass itself. I hooked well up in double figures of big Kings. The 3 of us in the boat hooked over 50 big Kings and landed in the mid 30's of them in about 10 hours. They were thick and enough water color to keep from spooking them. Only a couple other fishermen around too. .... The best steelie day recently was early in December when Mark (STLHR) and I hooked over 30 and landed over 20 still bright summer steelies in about 5 hours on an upper Tillamook area river after the first good fall rain charged them up. Mostly on bead bodied jigs tipped with a bit of sandshrimp tail; also some on pink worms and some on eggs - I don't think it mattered with the bite they were on. Could have hooked them on a bright piece of coat sleeve I think.
