Kid Sauk does it again!!! laugh

RT, I found two words you misspelled from two separate posts you made. Recently, might I add :p

Now, I have read the rules from the "RT, 'Mispelling B' Contest/Award" thread and you clearly state that in order to be declared the winner, one must find two misspelled words from two separate posts made after the "Mispelling B" thread was originated.

The misspelled word I found was towel. Now, RT, I respect you as an individual and as an accomplished fisherman, however, I think you deserve the "DUH" or "DOYEE" award for the literary boner you pulled. You spelled it "towell" in which you added an extra "l" and hereby justifies a misspelling on your part.

The two threads in which I found "towell" (note RT spelling) are listed below for your reference.

#1 BIZZAR* Fishing Stories - True or False?
(dated 4/17/2001)

*might I add that the word is spelled bizarre and not "bizzar" (keep in mind for future contests) wink

#2 Poll Question (Blazers)
(dated 4/19/2001)

I would appreciate comments from board members regarding the validity of the misspellings found within the two threads listed above. RT, don't even think about editing the posts containing the misspelled words or I will have no choice but to reveal several others which I am saving for future contests of the same nature. According to your rules, misspelled words must be identified and replied to within the thread in which the misspelling occurred. Let it be know that on this glorious 4/20, I have posted replies within the threads containing the misspellings as listed above.

In closing, I would also like to add that some of your misspellings may be legitimate typos, while others are certainly brain farts.

Thank you for allowing me to participate and WIN!!! :p

Yes! The Kid does do it again. Geez Justin, you're sharp. I thought I could milk this deal for at least a few days, and learn some spelling along the way. I may have to start a "Misspelling B - Part II". We'll see. Maybe up the prize and ... wait, then I'd be proof reading my posts 10 times each, with a dictionary in my face. I don't know, maybe. So ...

Justin, I will send or bring to you on our next fishing trip, 8 oz. of ... make that 4 oz. each of my best custom steelhead scent oil combo and of my best custom 4 oz. chinook salmon slamin bait oil, a large package of my best custom "MC Hammer" egg cure, and a custom "RT Injured Baitfish" Wiggle Wart (you already have that pattern on a Kwikfish). And instead of a note to you I will make a public statement right here, right now! ....

RT says, "Justin 'Kid Sauk' Guse is one really cool fishin dude, with a great pair of eagle eyes." ... And a fricken dictionary on his stinkin lap laugh . Nah, way to go bro! Let me know when you want that stuff and I will get it there right away; or real close to that time. If I'm a little late with it don't panic, you'll get your damn package deal. HEY, don't be botherin' me for the package, I'll get to it when I have some free time, OK!?! mad In fact, when I finally get this done in a few months I am going to shove it right .... into the Black Thor boat soon buddy. smile I have these things dialed into Oregon fish but they should work well for Washington fish too - but it is good to have a top fisherman field testing them up there. If they work really well please post that on the BB. If they don't, then just e-mail me about it and we'll keep that between you and me laugh laugh . Talk with ya soon dude. And Ryan, just wait until you get your 2nd place package in the mail eek

RT

shocked Edit: Justin, in your above post in the long paragraph under the '#2 - Poll Question (Blazers)', in the last sentence you state "let it be know" ... heh heh hee heeeee ... ah, that's "known" dude. A misspelled word in your post. I'm sorry but that disqualifies you from this contest. :p ... Naah, jk (just kidding - you win)

Ok, here is the deal. I have my fair share of spelling boners. It would tear at me emotionally to hound you for your mistakes, knowing full well that I could be capable of repeating the error with my reply. I am willing to offer up the frozen "head" of that mutant fish which I caught a year ago in Wisconsin. I am willing to trade RT the frozen fish head for his really cool dude scent, egg cure package. The head would be send via overnight delivery in a refrigerated condition, so it would not spoil. This "head" is one of my most prized possesions. To take it one step further, I will vacuum package this creatures melon. If preserved in formaldehyde, it would make a nice conversation piece for your boat. You will have to fish many years to catch a freak of nature similar to this bad boy. Whatta you think. This is a one time only offer.
