shocked Edit: shocked The photo sites now want traffic coming to them instead of sending pics to other sites - understandable. For those interested in seeing the 4 pics below (stashed among several other fish pics of mine) you need to access www.photopoint.com and type in my reeltruth1@aol.com addy on the upper right. Once in my Steve Hanson directory click on view albums and then on 'recreation' to see them. Thanks.
-------------

The excellant late native steelhead C&R season in NW Oregon and NW Wash. have really made up for the lack of good hatchery returns earlier. Enough so that some friends and I have only fished springers sparingly (so far). ...

Today on Fri. 4/20, my friend Mark Anderson, of firstcastjigs.com , and I worked over a fresh late run of Tillamook nates with his new Shalappen feather hackled chrome beaded jigheads, baited with a variety of scented bass rubber - pink worms, simulated egg clusters, and small crayfish among them. I had the lucky day hooking fish for a change, and got the big one too. The first pic is Mark with his nate.

This is my hen weighing in the low teens; hooked on the second cast very early in the morning (by the look on my face it doesn't look like I realize where I am yet).

Releasing a nate.

And from an earlier multi-fish day filmed by The Hot Tamale Outdoor Show, hosted by Scott Kappes, here's Shane with a tough nate buck weighing in the low teens.

The show will be aired in the Portland metro area on cable TV Ch. 11 on Mon. May 7th at 9:00 p.m. Check their site for other channels, areas, and dates. ... There will be fresh nates for another week or 2, and soon after summers and springers to dangle jigs or shrimp scented colored worms in front of!

Steve had the hot rod yesterday hooking three fish right off the bat. That big one was a beauty. It's encouraging to see the Natives returning in better numbers the last couple of years. The average size seems to be bigger then normal too. Good job bud.

Hey RT, this is the second time I'm asking you to fix your pics! *All* of your posted pics are not showing up - we're getting prompted for your login name and password.

Send the dudes at photowhateveritscalled.com and find out what you're doing wrong.

I got e-mail today that Photopoint.com is following Picturetrail.com's lead in discontinuing their free feed of people's personal pics to public websites. They get their revenue from ad banners and site hit ratings, so I can unserstand why they have gone to this to get more people accessing their site. I'll look into how the pics can be accessed, if possible. ...

Parker or anybody, do you know of other such type sites that can still be used for pic hosting and public website attachments? Thanks. ...

And Dances, those were mint bright fresh fish - flashed the cam even. Not dark like your fish laugh . ... jk

I found out that the photo hosting sites, such a Photopoint and Picturetrail no longer send pics to other websites. To view the 4 pics mentioned above you need to access www.photopoint.com and on the upper right type in my reeltruth1@aol.com addy to get to my Steve Hanson directory. Then click on View albums and then on 'recreation', where the pics are stashed along with other fish pics. Thanks.

Sorry RT, but I do not have a recommendation for you.

Most ISP plans usually provide some disk space for web pages. Does your ISP provide you with web page storage? If so, that's what I would recommend. Most images don't take up that much space. You should easily be able to put a couple hundred images in 5MB of space.

honesty.com might be an option. they mostly cater to internet auctions but the site is free for up 3 megs of images. worth looking into, I am too lazy or too busy, not sure which.
