i was wondering about the hoh springer opener.is there such a thing as hatchery springers?i have talked to several people and all have said there is no such thing.i have caught several springers in years past and i have never caught 1.so whats the deal here?

Scotty, I read where Bob mentioned in another thread that the Hoh will get a few SolDuc springers in it, but it is likely a move to allow for Indian netting on the Hoh for native springers and summers, hoping not to get as much backlash because of the pseudo fishing offered sportsmen. Geezzzzz

thats what i thought rt.the same thing is happening on the chehalis river system.they open it up for a excuse to allow tribal netting.just a ploy to finish wiping out the spring,early summer run fish scotty
