This thread is a kinda of missing persons post - so if ya know the guy I would like to know if he is alive and well!
Ten years ago I went up and fished the Kenai and had some great success (Biggest fish I ever caught was a 72 lbs.King on the Kenai)and a ton of fun. For three consecutive years I headed up North and enjoyed my trips. I would go up and stay with a friend- Bob Cook. Cooker passed away recently but we would always go out on the river with his buddy names SKIP. These two were fairly well known as Skip would always be yelling at passing boats between his triple shots of Crown Royal at five in the morning...God could these two guys party!! Damn near killed me to hang with them. Anyway, my question is- does anybody out there remember Bob Cook and his side kick Skip? If you do what the heck is Skip up to? Last I can remember he worked for the phone company.
Would'nt surprise me a bit if Skip bit the big one too. Do all River rats booze as hard as those two did?

Skip is still around Soldotna. I saw him a couple of days ago. I didn't get a chance to talk to him but he's still alive. fp2
