well, does anyone want to give a play by play on the combat opener? Must be decent #'s of fish in there to suddenly open 2 weeks early.

Had a buddy that went up there and got his 2 in 30 minutes and said he saw 30 other fish taken while he was there.

I was there on the 16th also and got my two in about 2 hours. There were quite a few folks there but nothing out of the ordinary. I left my raincoat at home, being the middle of summer and all. I think my vest is still dripping in the garage, I got completely soaked but it wasn't cold so it was alright. I was surprised at how colored the fish are, they aren't chromers at all.

Call me a gomer, but what type of fish are you guys after up there? Andy
