If you can get to the game a couple hours early, go over to the right field corner and catch batting practice balls. There will usually be some guys out there like Ichiro or Kaz messing around.
Once the game starts it will be a lot harder to get around because most of the games are sold out or nearly so.
You can bring your own snacks, but no beverages.
Enjoy!

Expect anything and everything to be overpriced on the inside. $5.00 hotdugs $5.50 beer $4.00 nachos w/ cheese
I've been 4 times. The place is freakin' awesome, and to see Ichiro play in person reminds you of what it's like to be a fan of the game again.

Also, a suggestion: if you want to consume some alcoholic beverages while you watch the game, I suggest stopping by the liquor store and picking up the mini bottles. Shove them in your pockets. Of course, you'll still be forced to buy the $4.00 cokes at the game.

Of course, you'll still be forced to buy the $4.00 cokes at the game. We just shoot 'em and chase them with a shared coke. It gets hot in the stands, out in the open sun if the top is open, if you aren't in the shade.

Saltine, I am not about to even spend my money on overpriced stuff at a ballpark if I can get away with it. I've been known to sneak candy bars into a movie theater and my own beverages as well If you hear an aluminum can of beer rolling down the aisle, just smile, cause you know I'm enjoying the movie. :p :p :p

With the big crowds it's been pretty easy to even sneak in a few beers. All the ticket takers and checkers do is give your backpack/bag a lift from the bottom to see if they can feel anything and a sweatshirt on the bottom takes care of that. So you go in, enjoy a tasty microbrew and then keep refilling the cup with the mountain-fresh goodness that is Kokanee or vitamin R.
And you can park down at 4th, 5th, 6th and Lander for free parking if you don't mind a walk.
