Just want to thank the people that gave me all the great tips to keep me from getting skunked on Elliot Bay.

I arrived this morning at 4:50am to a HUGE line of boats, I thought we could beat the rush but when I arrived at my local gas station on the Eastside to see 4 other boats all headed to the same place I kinda figured there would be a slight problem when I got the the ramp. SO About 5:30 we were on the water and I had my first #20 King of the day around 7:00am off of Todds. I think what helped was staying close to the top instead of down at the bottom.

When we left later in the day, the game checker at the ramp had counted 116 Kings and 30 Coho for 160 Boats, not bad! I noticed someone caught a hog from the shore as well. laugh laugh

Hey dogsalmon do you ever have problems with people stealing or messing with your stuff there under the bridge I use to launch there also but I heard about a trailer getting stolen and is it still slick and slimy?

Good Job on hooking that 20# fish! So how about sharing more details (to help out us fishless ones)... stuff like; depth, speed and lure or were you mooching?
Have you heard how other areas were doing?

Good going, 8 foot!! That's what we like to hear. Too bad about the long launch lines, but it sounds like the numbers were there, so it was worth it.

Hey, glad to hear it 8-foot. Sounds like a nice wad of them were hanging around, eh? Wish I could have been there. I was in Mississippi floating around a bathwater lake, jumping off rope swings and consuming lots of malt beverages with family...
