When I lived in Seattle, we would always fish silvers just south and west of West Point, just outside that green can there. Lots of guys fished right off Shilshoe, and a little to the north, I think that's Meadow Point??0 I never tried there, but those guys seemed to do OK. Just look for the rips, or bait, and fish them... but don't expect it to be like Sekiu.

Another note, I never tried to fish for coho this early in the season, though, as the run seemed to peak around September 15th.
