With all the netting problems going on right now I would like to put in my 2cents. my last trip to the upper columbia near biggs I looked upon one of the greatest river in the U.S. the columbia, Although something was different there were white buoys everywhere, nets I wondered how on earth a fish could navigate these nets let alone dams and sportfisherman. Just when the runs are starting to rebound the Indians want to catch more fish And with nets these Indians live under the same laws as we do but they get to fish with nets and we dont. you couldnt pay me a million dollars to use a net to catch a fish but it just doesnt make sense to say yes and no on one subject. They either need to let everyone use nets or knowone. I thought I lived in America, ohh!! I live in the northwest.

What you are seeing is buoys to hold an end of the nets. These are just buoys, the nets won't go in until some where around the 1st. of September. Duck In The Fog.

Hey duck in the fog I know that, That is still way to many nets to have in a river, you missed my point.
