Saw a lot of boats fishing out in Elliot Bay today in front of Todd shipyard???? I thought that was only open friday thru sunday... Am I missing out on something

I don't know for sure but I saw a bunch of our biddies setting out nets in the Duwamish this morning too. Maybe it's a 'test' fishery or something. If so, I'm sure they will be releaseing all wild fish so not to worry. Gill nets are pretty friendly that way.

Lets net all the fish the day before the sportsman gets their chance... that makes good sense...

You just have to release all chinook during the week, you can still target silvers....

the regs dont say any thing about not fishing for surf perch either. now I hear that plug cut hearing work real good for surf perch. Especially fished on downrigger about 40' deep
