If you're heading to Tofino this year,expect FOG,big Nooks,Coho Loco,and did I mention FOG?
Spent last week up there out of Weigh West Resort.Most people were not fishing Kings at Portand Pt., like we expected.A fellow angler was good enough to give us the coordinates to the hot spot which,unfotunatly,was about 4 miles further out but well worth it.No anchovy up there but you don't need it.We took all we needed on spoons,bucktails and herring.
Kings running 20-40 lbs.Coho about 8-10.
