Has anyone had a look at the Toutle since the rains this week?

Thanks hntnfsh,
was thinking about giving the Toutle a try once it clears. Seems a little early but the rains should speed things up. Curious if anyone has seen much in the way of silvers in the lower cowlitz yet?

I usually start hitting the Cowlitz for silvers the first of sept. Then frustrate myself by not doing any good until the start of the second or third week.LAst year seemed to be closer to the third week.I'm betting again this year unless we get some more of the rain we had last week, and i'm hearing a possibilty of for the end of this week.
To me it seems like if Aug is a bit rainy and sept starts out that way then the first of sept.is a good bet.
Hope this helps.Other than that have'nt heard of any silvers caught yet,but steelheeading is o.k.
