Hope as many steelhead fishermen as posible will attend the Washington Steelhead Symposium Saturday. Here is the perfect opportunity to learn about what is going on when it comes to steelhead. There will be talks on steelhead hooking mortality, escapement objectives, and harvest objectives.
This will be an all day symposium put on by the Washington Fish and Wildlife Commisson and will have speakers from all over Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.

It would be great no matter what your thoughts are on the future of wild steelhead if you show up and let the commission know that there are many of us who are truely concerned about our favorite pastime.
