I am looking for an impeller for a friends jet drive. Anyone know if any are stocked in the Seattle Tacoma Olympia area. It is a 2001 Merc 90el?

Call Wooldridge boats in Seattle, they should have as good a line on them as anyone. Or Three Rivers Marine in Snohomish. Wooldridge sells an aftermarket impellor that they claim gives more omphf from your jet.

Woolridge does market a four blade SS impellor that will increase the performance of the boat. Be ready to pay for it though, they run around $400!!! You shouldn't have to go to a Merc dealer to get a standard impellor if the pump is made by Outboard Jets. Tom's Outboards here in Oly carries them.

I have a stainless impeller on my sled (115 hp Yamaha) and still have the original unused NEW aluminum one that I would sell at a reasonable price. I am not sure if it would fit the merc 90, but many of the lower jet units are the same for many outboards.
Send me an E-mail if this is an option for you. I am sure that you could call a dealer and find out if the impeller would fit and get a ballpark figure for a new one there.
