Call Frank at Fish Country 360 985 2090, he will give you an honest oppinion. Right now I'm looking at it and it is just below 14000 cfs which is really movin. I can think of a few other SW Wash. streams that are holding good numbers of fish that might be a little more tame. The Elochoman, maybe.

going where tomorrow, the cowlitz or eloch?
27,000 cfs seems like a lot of water for the cowlitz. maybe not fishable? confused eek

i have no idea. i guess it all depends on what Pacific Power decides to do. but they probably have to release a fair amount of water if it keeps raining, so it doesn't get too backed up behind the dams.
