Iam new to the board as a poster of topics but I have been a reader of posts for quite awhile.My question is what are some of the better sox out there to keep the feet warm in the coldest of weather/water?

i just got some carhart wool socks and they are great. beats everything i've tried to date.

Seal Skinz work good for me. I like to wear a pair of fleece socks underneath.

Simms SmartWools. They are pricey, right around $20 but they rock. I used to always have a problem with cold feet untill I bought a boot size larger and went to thse socks.

If you pick a pair up...make sure you get the ExStreams. If they are not marked they are the ExStreams or if they say ExStream on 'em they are ExStreams. They used to sell a Crew version which is nice for warmer weather. I've got both pairs and 90% of the time I grab the ExStreams.

#1 remember, cotton kills!!! I wear wools with 100% poly liners underneath. My feet stay toasty warm.
