Anyone fished the upper Green recently??

What kind of year has it been for natives so far in the Green?

Doesn't it close soon up there?

The Green is open but you gotta release the Nates. I fished the river a couple weekends ago at Kanaskat with no luck.

Give it a shot if you don't mind the wind.

I stopped by to take a look at the green Monday night, just below Highway 18. It looked like it was clearing up, but still rather high. I would expect by friday morning, unless we get a bunch of rain, that it will be in extremely good shape.

The only reports I have heard in the last few days have been mixed. one guy said that fishing was pretty slow. That could mean slow for him, and it was only one mans opinion. The other guy said he caught 8. Now eight fish on the green... I dont know, maybe he writes for the H&F news. Good luck!

Fished the upper Green on Sunday. Was surprised by the early-morning snowfall. Water was high and cold. Didn't see or touch a fish.

Fished it today. No one I talked to even had a bite.
