Any of you Oregonians tell a Wash-i-tonian when the Rogue River really picks up I have a guide friend that works it April through ? Want to book a trip just looking for the best time.

water temps are still pretty cool down there kingfisher but with the amount of snowpack this year versus the no water we had last year everything is adding up to a great year.I dont know what stretch your guide friend is fishing but looking at the tide books if I had one week to fish it would be the days starting april 27 th(sat) thru may 2nd (thursday) we have some big tides that week and they awlways flush alot of fish in plus the water temps should be in the low to mid fifties.RJ

I agree, I alreadt have that weekend planned.. the last week in April and the first couple weeks in May are usually the peak weeks down in the tide water section.
This should be a great year with all the water!
