Fished for Kings on the Kalama last year released many kings that were not clipped. Talked someone on this board that stated that they didn't clip the springers on this river is that correct?

In my fishing on the Kalama,in the past, the springers are not always clipped. Last couple years I have spent a lot of time down there. And I would guess 1 in 15 or so was clipped in the past. But, this year I think they finally caught up with the mass marking. And all hatchery fish are clipped. As you can only keep those fish that are clipped this year I would hope they are all clipped.
