I personally don't fish a 6" pink worm but if I did I'd rig it with dual size #1 or 1/0 owner Cutting Points.

Here's what I personally use:

2/0 Vision on the 6" wormie

1/0 Vison on the 4" wormie

I believe the pre-tied Vision worms come with a 3/0 and 2/0.

Seems to work just fine on the Hoh and Sauk. wink

Damn! No wonder I haven't been catching anything on the Hoh or Sauk. My worms were tied with that *other* hook. :p laugh

For our fish, I run a size 4 hook (not 4/O) for steelies on a 4 inch pearl pink Beenie Weenie worm. I'll even run size 6 hooks on the Head Hunter 4 inchers, and knock about an inch off to make them 3 inch worms.

A boat sunk in Lake Michigan last week. It was pulled out of 150 feet of water with 20 pound maxima and a 1/0 hook. The guard rail on the boat was slightly damaged, but he hook was fine.

4Salt:

Steelhead are extremely brand-conscious. Use only Vision hooks. :p

Yo,

For six inch worms, I use red gammi, #1/0.

For four inch worms, red gammi #1.

Fish on...

Todd.
