ROCKFISH Spawner Registered: 12/03/01 Posts: 851 Loc: manchester,Wa	last night at about 7 in the evening I was at manchester jigging in 100 ft of water in front of the launch ramp, when I noticed this sea lion swimming towards me, didn't think nothin of it then it rams the boat (14 ft) knocks me around where I catch myself on the side. look in the water with my glasses and this thing is darting back and forth right under the boat then it poroposes hitting the outside of the boat. I throw the pole down start the moter as soon as under power it hits the motor from the side (clamp down) and the moter goes to the bottom. now I'm in serious trouble but it stays its distance I think the prop under power startled it when it hit. but I yelled like a little girl for the only boat out there to come get me away from this thing. should have brought a gun but wouldn't really have got a shot. now I'm in the process of finacing a moter from olympic boat centers but I need to report this thing to the wdfw. then at the ramp had to wait till 11 pm to get the boat on the trailer, seen 2 drug deals go down why I was waitin. one a cop pulled in and they both hurried away and the cop followed them. yeah well my evinrude is gone. I had an experience 2 summers ago at neah where one suddenly appeared from under my boat like a rocket and knocked a silver I was releasing 5 feet in the air and snatched it at the peak. I could have touched it, but I too was frozen in terror making girly sounds.... wished I'd have packed extra shorts that day! I hate the bast****. They have no fear of you and are the size of a friggen griz.
