Ask Stu at Narrows Tackle & Marine 253-564-4222, I think he has a guy he recommends that is close to you.

Other than that, the guy I personally use is in Port Angeles... Paul at R&R Marine supply.

Good reel repair guys are getting harder & harder to come by.

Sup, Kevro? If it is a Shimano, then send that sucker back to the factory. I sent one of my old ass Curado's back to the factory just completely toasted and they sent me a brand new reel. Can't beat that!

If it's not a Shimano, then go with what StorminN said or send it down to Ollie Damon's in P-Town.

DONT go to Olympia, I can't remember the tackle/repair shop in Olympia, there is a huge decoy goose on the roof. I took two reels there for repair. After they held on to them for 2 months, they came back worst than when I took them in

ABU Garcia: After fishing the toutle one day, my reel got some ash in it that made the gears tight. I took it in and when I received it, the gears refused to free spool

Diawa: My reel came back in pieces and they said he couldnt get parts. I called Diawa in california and found that wasnt true.

The best place I know is up in Everet.. John's Sportsgood. You can mail them your reel or they can order parts for you and do it yourself. Good luck.

Take it to the Antique Angler in Sumner, he does great work. He has done a few things for me. Quality work, great prices, and lots of fish stories.
