Are they allowed around here. specifically area 11 (ahhh i think that's it, the one south of Southworth)

I don't think they are allowed anywhere in the state. It's already pretty restricted on using bait nets and rakes (i.e. #days/week, boat not in gear that sort of stuff). I used a casting net back east and they were loads of fun. It would be nice to use them for smelt and herring around here.

They are legal in Oregon
