Went down to the Nasty tonight and my way out was stopped by an MP that said I was trespassing on Gov't property and that I needed to obtain some kind of permit to fish the Nasty (by the Indian res.) What is this and why haven't they done anything like this in the past; it doesn't say anything in my rules and regs. book about it????

Depends on where you were fishing. Was it by the tank crossing? I know when my Dad and I used to hit the Nasty all the time, we had to get a visitors Pass (not a one day, but a longer term one that would stay in the window). Had to use it in a few different places. Probably just your luck you never saw them before now. Plus with the 9-11 incident, they're cracking down on anyone close to Gov't property.
