Anyone who knows firsthand is probably down there fishing it right now, not surfing the net. Here's a suggestion for you, since you live fairly close, why not just go and find out for yourself.

Crazy...it don't think its because you're a kid, but maybe because this topic has/is being discussed in other threads you've missed.

I haven't fished the Cowlitz lately, but can tell you from what I've read here and on other boards its doing well. One thing you might do next time is look through the last several day's posts to see if the topic has come up or use the search feature to see what has already been said about the topic.

Good luck if you go. I understand the water is getting a bit skinny right now.

Go out and find fish instead of relying on others to find them for you! You'll be a better fisher for it!

If you are a mature kid, you'll get answered.
If you are a pot stirrer, you might not...
Sometimes there is more action on some days than others.
Don't give up, try again. Some people come in and
ask questions to late to get an answer before they actually need it. Thursday or Friday may not
always get an answer if you need it for the weekend.
Sometimes, when you are serious, you have to ignore the less serio us.

the cowlitz has lots of fish. i fished it on monday and did what i went there to do. be consistent and you shall get plenty of fish.

The Biggest FishBowl on Earth always has fish in it....sheesh . At least thats what a certain friend kept telling me for the first couple of trips.

Crazy, you posted your question in the morning. You had answers in the afternoon. You just need to be a little more patient. Most people here have a job, and can't surf fishing boards during the day. Heck, a few of us are actually out fishing, rather than surfing the net!

Be patient, and realize that the net isn't instant. Just like fishing.

It's the internet. Noone knows if you're a dog. Or a kid. Until you tell them.

Try joining in some of the chat rooms at night and meet a few people there. A lot more information gets shared in there then on the board....but it is like everything else, you can't just show up one night and expect everyone to give up all their knowledge, but if you make yourself a regular, people will start to share things.....depends on your commitment level to fishing....are you prepared to go that far?

Sorry crazyfisher. I don't have any sympathy. I think that kids shouldn't be surfing the internet and posting to bulletin boards in general. There is simply too much inappropriate material for minors, as well as for adults for that matter. -Old Chum
