I'm new to Washington State (comin from NYC).
Got invited to go camping on the beach at LaPush this weekend, Second Beach maybe. I'd glady drive a couple hours in any direction to get to some good water. Any suggestions as to where a total greenhorn might go, what I might be fishin for, and what technique I might be usin would be greatly appreciated. Beautiful state you got here!

I would have to recomend the quilliute river[spelled wrong?] but it emptys right there in lapush.I would think that there would be a mixture of fall ings and silvers milling around there.The Sol duc,a trib to the quilliute gets an early shot of silvers.Usually right about now.I am sure all it needs is a little shot of rain.Bob Gooding in Forks at olympic sporting goods can let you know more.[a few miles from La push] here is his number 360-374-6330.
