Don't knock those ponds. There have been really people out there fishing them. I had a friend that saw three men in a boat out on those ponds. I bet that the fish are crappy though.  :p

Could have been some foreigners who got tired of catching undersized crabs at Kayak Point. If so, I'll bet they were snagging--boneless brown trout don't bite.
