I've definetely been putting my time in down there. I'd like to put some names to some faces if possible. I think a number of the guys I fish with are members of this board. hiya cuthroat.. i personally dont fish that area of the puyallup, but i was down river fishing for silvers till a net came down river , from one side to the other and took all the fish, so i left..so why do the indians throw the smaller silvers that are dead back in the water, why not take them to a food bank, theres lots of need at the shelters for food..?? anyways, has the puyalup been productive for you? i jus started fishing silvers. bb

So how is the Puyallup River doing for silvers? I fished it once and then have been over on the Green. May have to try over there again sometime.

HELLO, I WAS JUST CHECKING TO SEE IF ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT THE BLUE GATE AREA WHERE THE CARBON AND PUYALLUP COME TOGEATHER, I HAVENT HAD THE CHANCE TO GO UP THERE BUT I HEARD THAT THE ACCESS HAS BEEN CLOSED. IF IT WAS CLOSED IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO ACCESS THAT GOOD STREATCH OF WATER. I KNOW LAST YEAR IT WAS A GREAT SPOT. ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL. I think I have seen you down there. You can't miss me. 6'7", 350lbs, vest with the big black knife on the top left side. I think you were down there a few sundays back when my girlfriend took a dunk fighting a log. She did kick my butt that day on fish though. I have been back a few times since after work, wearing a white t-shirt. I may be down there this weekend, maybe see ya then.

been on the poopyallup everyday for four weeks. lots of fish, but you sure can tell when the nets are in. ive caught a few hogs, but nothing compared to last year. ther are fish in every hole on the poop and carbon. be consistant and you''ll get them.

I've been fishing the Green as well, but want to head to the Carbon next week. Any tackle tips would be greatly appreciated. Last year I did well with Flying Cs and floating eggs.
