Robert Allen3 Spawner Registered: 04/23/00 Posts: 762 Loc: vancouver WA USA	I have been reading the regs for the N. Lewis and it seems to me that the regs either don't make sence or are very difficult to understand. I am interested in fishint from Mwewin down for winter steelhead this year in my D.boat. However the way the regs are written it appears that from Merwin to Colvin creek is closed from September 30 - December 16. That doesn't make much sence to me. Anyone have any insight into these regs? Is it closed to avoid people harassing spawning salmon or?? or am I just reading the regs wrong?
