Is it better to freeze your eggs or seal them in a jar. I have always froze them but was reading the instructions on the Pro Glow cure and it says to do the jar method. Just looking for some advice, seems like the jar method might keep them fresher but not sure.

NEVER freeze your eggs before they're cured....after you cure them they can be stored in jars or ziplock bags and stuffed into the fridge or freezer...they'll keep longer in the freezer obviously so i keep a couple jars(or bags) in the fridge, the rest in the freezer, that simple...seal them in a jar and freezing them will keep them fresh the longest...i need the winter steelhead to get going because i'm running out of space for all these eggs....one of my good problems
