SHOW A VIGOROUS SUB 980MB LOW PASSING THROUGH OR NEAR THE AREA. THIS
STORM SYSTEM APPEARS TO BE RELATED TO DOWNSTREAM AMPLIFICATION OF THE
FLOW AS A RESULT OF HURRICANE HUKO IN THE W CENTRAL PAC RECURVNING
INTO THE WESTERLIES. THE GFS TRAJECTORY WOULD GIVE WET CONDITIONS
WITH POSSIBLE STRONG WINDS SOMEWHERE IN THE CWA.
