Just wondering if anyone has any info on either of these. Feel free to email me if you don't want to post! Tomorrow I have to do some work in the morning in PA and thought I'd sneak out to one of these two in the afternoon. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I was down at the lower Elwha on Sunday.

The only fish I saw were from guys that came walking out of the woods. I mean that in a good way..if you know the lower Elwha you know what I mean.

This rain changes everything though so my report really doesn't hold much water (pun intended).

Thanks for the replies. My trip over to PA got pushed off to Monday so any weekend reports would be great! I'm planning to hit the elwha below the hatchery, but if anyone has a better idea let me know! Thanks again!

I just returned from a Look-See at both the Elwah and the Dungie about an hour ago. Apparently 5 fish were hooked at the first riffle above tide water. That was according to an indian who was bait casting below the redline ( they can fish there, we can't).
The Dungie had lots of people, low water and is a Combat Zone. The fish have been holed up in the lowest pools, last I heard. That may have changed tho, as the leaf-line left on the rocks is showing that it's dropped significantly since the rain we had.
No rain here all day....
