Here it is, straight out of the regs.

Additional rules for Mill Creek to Barrier Dam upstream from a line from Mill Creek to a
boundary marker on the opposite shore. (1) CLOSED WATERS - from Barrier Dam downstream 400'
or the posted deadline. (2) ALL SPECIES - night closure and non-buoyant lure restriction Apr. 1-Oct.
31. (3) Fishing from boats prohibited at all times. (4) Fishing from south side of river is prohibited
for ALL SPECIES May 1-June 15. (5) Hours of access to this area are 4:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. daily.

Blue Creek has a night closure.

As usual the WDFW regulations are again ambiguous about the "Blue Creek" area unless there are 2 different Blues Creeks that both have rearing ponds next to them!

First off, they show "Blue Creek" as being in "Cowlitz County"…that's wrong and very misleading to someone that does not know the difference (It's located in Lewis not Cowlitz County). Secondly, The Cowlitz is open to night fishing below Mill Creek (Barrier Dam area) and that includes the mouth of "Blue Creek" where it enters the Cowlitz. Much of that area is the area that 90% of the "night fishing" occurs. Even those everyone calls it "Blue Creek", it's really the Cowlitz that most of them are fishing at.

The creek itself is closed to night fishing, but is open to night fishing where it meets the Cowlitz Rivere.

If I am wrong, would someone please correct me!
