Would like to take my 9 year old daughter out tomorrow. She has never caught anything but a 1# rainbow at a U-Fish. Would like to get into some steelhead or even chum, but anywhere that would almost guarantee a good day of fishing would be great. We would be banking it of course as we do not have access to a boat. I wouldnt mind driving a little ways out if I knew it was going to be worth it. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Probably too late now for ya, but if you prhaps pushed it back to tomorrow ... what about some pier fishing or perhaps go try some of the coastal jetties, sea reports are pretty small and I think your luck would certainly be higher than what nearly all the rivers are doing right now
