So here's your chance to give a 'Thank You' to all those in uniform, active duty and retired, living and dead, and to the families that sacrifice with them. Although I will never know the entirety of your sacrifices, they are still appreciated very deeply.

Nobility is not conferred by birth, but by action. And few things are more noble than the person who stands in the face of danger and says "I will protect you."

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Don't let hatred get the best of you. Protect yourselves and your buddies backs and all return safe.
"Forgive them, for they do not know what they do" Try and keep that quote in mind, when you return to the world. Those who haven't "walked the walk" will never be able to relate.
Don't keep it balled up inside. I know its not "Macho", but seek help to rid yourselves of the pain and frustrations ASAP.
