Anyone hear of a 25lb hatchery steelhead caught on the cow lately? My buddy was trying to tell me someone caught it last weekend. That would be one heck of a fish.

The Olympian wrote in the sports section a couple of weeks ago about that. It basically said that a person caught a 25lb steelhead, I think reported from the barrier dam camp ground tackle shop?

22#s dec 19th !!! This fish was pretty bright, but not chrome, it had a little color in it's cheeks. What a ride. With 10# mainline and 8# leader, it pretty much owned us. Under another boat and around a boulder. 10 minutes of bliss. We did not show this fish to anyone except a non-fisherman who took our photo at the ramp. I doubt this is the fish you are hearing about. Went 3 for 6 that day with a 9# boot and a 15# tweener. Wheres the all the winter fish?
